Keep the celebration going at Nightcap, the official Grand Tasting After Party at Guesthouse La Valle. This spirited walkaround experience brings together chef-driven bites, premium spirits, craft cocktails, beer and sake for one final night of festival flavor.
Discover special collaborations including Guesthouse La Valle + Mezcal Vago serving charcoal-roasted oysters with Mezcal Vago chili butter, and Chef Beau MacMillan’s Shellfish Affair featuring seared diver scallops with banana-mango aguachile and toasted peanut salsa macha. Enjoy an ice cream float cocktail from Little Fox Cups + Cones, a grazing board from Nuts For Cheese, crudo and compressed watermelon from One Hand Washes the Other, and more throughout the property.
The evening kicks off with a Craft Cart welcome cocktail from 4:30–5 PM, followed by music, interactive tastings and chef-and-spirit collaborations throughout the night. The perfect finale to a day at the festival.
