Benito Molina Dubost (Born October 3, 1968, in Mexico City), is a Mexican chef and former judge of Masterchef México from 2015 to 2020 .
His foray into cooking began at the age of 15, when he worked as a garrotero at the defunct Maxim's in Paris, in CDMX.
He first decided to study Economics, but realized that his true vocation was cooking. He completed her professional studies at the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont, United States.
Later he had a stay in Europe where he learned different schools, mainly the French one. Upon his return to Mexico, he takes a trip to Ensenada and meets his wife, the talented chef Solange Muris, and they decide to open their own restaurant called Manzanilla.
Manzanilla is considered one of the most important and prestigious restaurants in Mexico and the world.
