Chef Maneet will showcase her signature Indian-fusion cuisine, while Chef Tim will bring his Southern California flavors with a global twist, as each dish will be paired with Stranahan’s Single Malt American Whiskies, recognized as the pioneers of the American single malt whiskey movement as Colorado’s first legal microdistillery since Prohibition
