Set in the elegant surroundings of Estancia’s coastal estate, the evening will feature a multi-course tasting menu designed by the chefs, each dish paired with exceptional wines and curated spirits. Michelin starred and New York based Chef Buddha Lo, known for his meticulous craftsmanship and globally inspired approach, teams up with Chef Jackson Kalb, whose ingredient-driven style and modern Italian influences have made him a standout in the Los Angeles dining scene.
